Booking Conditions

. - Check-in: Admission may take place from 13:00 until 22:30. Upon arrival, our staff will receive and to provide all relevant information about the apartment and the area where you are. Should formalize the entry form by providing them with their ID or passport and a credit card .
It is very important to tell us the estimated time of arrival in advance in order to make the correct check-in. To do this, contact us by email: info@losbalconesdelarte.com or over the phone +34 942036547. If you arrive before or after of the reception hours, please inform us at least two days in advance. Check-in after 22:30 may incur an extra charge of 20.00 € .

. -  Check-out: The day of departure must leave the apartment before 11:00 hours. Our simple process allows the output without having to meet with our staff. Please make sure you have all your luggage , you removed the trash and leaves sets of keys and knobs on the table of the room . Our cleaning crew entered at 11:00

. - Cancellation: You may cancel your booking of your apartment up to 7 days before the day of arrival without any charge. After this period , the cancellation or no show the day of check- in, will be a charge for the amount of one night stay .
